tandard Tuning Always use Standard Tuning (rotational) when operating in Open Loop Vector or Flux Vector (A1-02 = 2 or 3) and it is possible to run the motor uncoupled from the load. 1. Select the Auto-Tuning Menu. Then, select “Standard Tuning” in the “Tuning Mode Sel” parameter (T1-01 = 0). 2. Set the motor output power (T1-02), motor rated voltage (T1-03), motor rated current (T1-04), motor base frequency (T1-05), number of motor poles (T1-06), motor rated speed (T1-07) obtained from the motor nameplate information. If the Control Method is Flux Vector (A1-02 = 3), be sure to set the encoder pulses per revolution (PPR) (T1-08). After entering all of the motor parameters press the UP key to display “0Hz/ 0.00A Tuning Ready?”.
